Pouschine Cook Announces Sale of Doe & Ingalls

New York, NY  May 1, 2012 – Pouschine Cook Capital Management, LLC, a New York City-based private equity firm announced today the sale of Doe & Ingalls Management, LLC to Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE: TMO).  Based in Durham, NC, Doe & Ingalls is a premium provider of specialty production chemicals and customized supply-chain services to the life sciences and microelectronics industries, operating service centers in key biopharma and microelectronics hubs in North America.

Pouschine Cook’s equity partners in Doe & Ingalls were Anchor Capital and existing and former members of management.  No financial details are being released regarding the transaction.
