Anna Pouschine

Senior Associate

Anna Pouschine is a Senior Associate with Pouschine Cook Capital Management. She serves on the Board of Griswold Home Care, a pioneer in the senior care industry, and is a Board Observer at Curexa, an industry-leading 503A compounding pharmacy. Anna supports the firm’s investment activity, including new opportunity evaluation, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight.

Prior to joining Pouschine Cook, Anna was a Vice President at Chaac Ventures, where she invested in high-growth, founder-led businesses. At Chaac, she oversaw three investments in healthcare and AI companies and led workstreams across investment analysis, portfolio company financing processes, and LP reporting on performance evaluation.

Previously, Anna completed Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Global Management Training Program and held portfolio management, growth, and strategy roles. In those roles, she partnered with senior leaders on commercial strategy, new revenue opportunities, and cross-functional initiatives supporting value creation.

Anna graduated from Princeton University and received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She also works selectively with Princeton Professors developing healthcare businesses based on breakthrough academic research.
