Pouschine Cook Forms Golden State Dermatology

New York, New York (December 1, 2015) – Pouschine Cook Capital Management (“Pouschine Cook”), a healthcare services and business products and services focused private equity investment firm, announced today that, in partnership with Yukon Partners (“Yukon”) and the existing shareholders of Walnut Creek Skin and Laser, it has formed Golden State Dermatology to provide business and practice management services to Walnut Creek Skin and Laser and build a high quality, high performing dermatology network in the East Bay area of San Francisco.
